Products & Services
Techno Gulf is a supplier of MEP plumbing and infrastructure products operating across Qatar, UAE, and the United Kingdom. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product or service without prior notice.
Pricing & Quotations
All prices are quoted in the relevant local currency and are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, QST, etc.) unless otherwise stated. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation.
Orders & Order Confirmation
All orders are subject to acceptance by Techno Gulf. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of our written order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. Changes to confirmed orders may not always be possible and may be subject to additional charges.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are as agreed at the time of order confirmation. Standard terms are payment in advance or as per agreed credit terms for approved account holders. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel orders where payment is not received in accordance with agreed terms.
Delivery & Shipping
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Techno Gulf is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, logistics disruptions, or force majeure events. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery to the agreed delivery point.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrectly supplied goods, reported within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packaging. Custom-ordered or specially sourced items are non-returnable unless defective. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Techno Gulf or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techno Gulf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products, services, or website. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar for customers in Qatar, the laws of the United Arab Emirates for customers in the UAE, and the laws of England and Wales for customers in the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable territory.
